• Remove and store the existing net posts and nets (if sleeved) onsite. • Wash and/or buff court surface, removing stain, mildew and loose material to ensure proper surface adhesion. Note: Remove any foreign debris visible in court surfaces 1/8” or larger and patch with crack repair product. • Repair all cracks using the RiteWay Crack fill system as outlined in the specifications. No other manufacturers accepted. Note: Cracks directly under chain link fence fabric are to be filled with patch, no repair tape required. • Clean all debris and loose materials from the existing cracks. Flow the acrylic patch binder, sand, and cement mixture into the existing cracks and buff smooth. • Using acrylic patch binder, sand and cement mix, patch any existing birdbaths (deeper than a nickel). . • Apply one application of fortified flexible acrylic resurfacer by Laykold COLORFLEX or approved equal over the entire court to ensure a smooth and consistent surface. DO NOT use asphalt emulsions. • Apply two applications of fortified flexible color coats over all court surfaces. • Prime and paint the tennis court lines with 2 coats of white textured tennis court line paint. • Paint the existing tennis court net posts with Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial Urethane Alkyd Enamel paint (dark bronze) or approved equal and supply/ install new tennis nets/ center straps by Har-Tru, Douglas or approved equal.
