8.1. Scope of Work The Flagstaff Unified School District requires welding gases, supplies, and equipment for classroom use. In addition, this IFB is being solicited on behalf of S.A.V.E. members which consists of government agencies within the State of Arizona. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing at minimum: • Cylinders sizes D, K, M, and other sizes, with and without regulators for monthly rental; • Cylinders shall be filled with industrial gases, and other specialty gases at minimum PSIs; • Collect, refill, maintain, hydrostatic test, replace (as needed) cylinders reported as damaged, deliver (additional cylinders as needed); and • In the event of a disaster or projected emergency, the vendor shall deliver additional cylinders (as requested) in under six (6) hours. All materials and performance of work shall meet all Federal, state, and local laws. Material Safety Data Sheets shall be submitted to the Agency Representative upon demand for all chemicals intended for use in the performance of these services. All chemicals shall carry an EPA approval number. The Contractor’s staff shall be uniformed/identifiable and display company identification at all times
