Project Overview: The University of Louisville Department of Orthopaedic Surgery’s Division of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery is seeking to lease a multipurpose office for its clinical and academic operations. This new office will support our doctors’ growing patient clientele while satisfying our residency and fellowship programs’ accreditation requirement for academic space. Space Requirements: · 3,800-5,000 sq. ft. · Five (5) or six (6) patient exam rooms with sinks · Waiting area · Work area large enough for at least five (5) staff workstations · Five (5) or six (6) private offices for doctors, residents, and coordinator · Conference room · Kitchen/break area · At least two (2) restrooms · Located within or near area of St. Matthews/Hurstbourne/Lyndon/Middletown Space Amenities: · On-site parking · Internet access/wiring · Phone and fax wiring · HVAC Services and Support: · Trash pickup · Parking lot snow & ice removal services Move-In Considerations: · Desired move-in date: Immediate
