Semi-annual Service Perform a complete visual inspection of all internal wiring, assemblies, wiring harnesses, contactors, cables, and major components Perform and report temperature checks on all breakers, connections, and associated controls. Replace air filters Check modules for the following, as applicable: Rectifier and inverter circuit boards Power capacitors for any heat damage or leakage Capacitor vent caps Fans for proper operation Lubricate and check bearings Record all meter readings and calibrate as necessary Measure and record phase-to-phase input, output, bypass and battery voltages and currents Review and analyze alarm and event log/history for any irregular activity to determine if action is required to remedy issues Implement manufacturer field change notices Perform functional system test Annual Service – all steps included with Semi-Annual Service plus: Check all contacts to ensure secure connections Verify all connections show no signs of discoloration Check fuses on the DC capacitor deck for continuity Clean interior and exterior of unit With customer approval, perform operational test of the system including unit transfer and battery discharge Measure and calibrate all electronics to system specifications Measure and record all low-voltage power supply levels PDU Annual Maintenance (both Annual and Semi-Annual) Clean interior and exterior of the unit Perform a complete electrical inspection Visually verify and inspect wiring harnesses, contactors, cables, and other major components Inspect and tighten connections to transformers and bus bar Inspect and tighten breakers Inspect and tighten capacitor bank connections Verify and record kVA and kW load and capacity for each phase Verifying grounding Verify the monitor is recording correctly within 2% of measured values Perform infrared testing of all electrical power connections Verify continuity and correct rating of all fuses Measure input and output phase-to-phase voltage Measure output phase-to-neutral voltage Measure the output, neutral, and ground currents Verify all cooling fans are operating correcting
