The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide On-Call Right-of-Way (ROW) Services for existing and future operations & maintenance projects, capital improvement projects, and other capital projects. Proposed services should include: Phase 1 & 2 Site Assessment, appraisal, appraisal review, acquisition, relocation, property management, title, escrow closing, conveyances, property disposition, sale, file closeout and condemnation support necessary to obtain and dispose of real property rights for parcels required to complete construction of multiple projects within the City. Right-of-Way services are necessary to complete construction of various operations & maintenance projects, capital improvement projects, and other capital projects located throughout the City
