The proposed on-call project is complete crack sealing, crack repair, pavement repair, pavement surface treatments, cold in-place recycling, full depth reclamation, pavement removal, base material preparations, pavement markings, pavement marking removal, surface preparation, pavement overlay, erosion control, minor turf restoration, and other pavement maintenance and activities related to maintenance of pavements and turf runways in the Commonwealth. The work under this project is an On-call Contract which the work plan will be based upon up to five (5) construction seasons and State Fiscal Year (SFY). The construction seasons will be defined SFY2025 (Spring), FY2026 (Summer/Fall), FY2026 (Spring), FY2027 (Summer/Fall), and FY2027 (Spring). Spring is generally defined as March to June and Summer/Fall is generally defined as July to November. The start of the work in the Spring and the end of the work in the Summer/Fall will be based upon weather conditions and temperature requirements for the work required. The work plan will be based upon the priorities of the MassDOT Aeronautics Division and needs of each of the airports.
