The contractor shall provide the following services to the county: • Posting Notice of Sale notices on properties designated by County pursuant to the laws and codes of South Carolina. • Conducting remote assistance using remote desktop and a virtual private network where available. • Providing a field report of all posted properties within the timeframe designated by the County. • Provide, as needed, courtroom or deposition testimony by the person who posted the property. • Contacting county if field agent is at property with posting issues. • Provide an error list of properties that do not meet the data specifications in a sufficiently timely manner for the County to resolve the issue. • Provide a list of properties that do not match up with GIS Information in a timely manner for the County to correct the data. • Provide a list of properties that are to be posted in a sufficient and timely manner. • Provide live data mock-up of levies to be posted by a Contractor in a timely manner so the County can check the document before posting. • Post the designated properties in accordance with the posting protocol set up by the County. • Give “real-time” information on the properties posting. • Provide notice of time frame of posting set up by the County • Meet response times associated with service-related incidents. • Give notice to the County of posting completion.
