The awarded contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and permits for construction of the following Civil, House Renovation and Barn Restoration project elements listed below. Civil • Install, monitor, and maintain the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. • Furnish and install the following o new septic tank system. o 12” minimum compacted subgrade,8” GAB, primer, 2” binder course, tack coat and 1 ¼” surface course for driveways and parking area. o traffic and parking striping on asphalt drives and parking area. o Vegetated Filter Strip. o 5’ (slate material) sidewalk and 4 ADA ramps. o two (2) “Do Not Enter” signs to Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices MUTCD standards. o seventeen (17) car stops. o parking line striping. o crosswalk pavement markings across two driveways to MUTCD standards. o concrete flume under sidewalk. o landscape materials, plants, shrubs, trees, and seeding. • Site grading as shown in CPL’s Civil Construction Plans referenced in the below photograph. • Construct the Bioretention Area complete with riser and outlet drainpipe. • Grade the drainage swell leading to the Bioretention Area. House • Complete interior and exterior demolition and dispose of debris. • Complete foundation repairs. • Furnish and install the following: o new foundations. o new walls and existing wall repairs. o roof framing, decking, and roofing. o exterior siding. o interior finishes, flooring, and wallboard o new chimney and fireplace. o break area wall cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet and sink cabinet. o indoor restroom including fixtures and wall mounted items. o new interior and exterior doors. o new windows o natural stone thin veneer on chimney and exposed foundation blocks. o new gutters and downspouts • Remove and replace existing widows. • Construct new porches with railings, steps and ADA ramp...
