The Town of Vail, Colorado is requesting proposals to provide all software, licensing, implementation, and ongoing support services necessary for the installation and configuration of HRIS and Payroll Management software as described in this RFP. Modules may be implemented in phases or all-in-one. This system must comply with all legal standards for HIPPAA, FSLA, overtime, taxation, benefits administration, ADA compliance with Colorado HB 21-1110, as well as all other applicable laws. The Town is interested in a system that focuses on effective core HR and payroll record keeping. We expect that the system will improve the employee experience and engagement via readily available applications for timekeeping, benefits open enrollment, PTO and leave management, and voluntary deduction elections, among other functions. These applications should be optimized for both mobile and desktop systems.
