The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from organizations that currently provide animal licensing software services. DACC is seeking information regarding cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for animal licensing and control. This platform should streamline the processes of animal licensing, registration, and renewal, while also enhancing compliance, animal safety, and community engagement. Information received in response to the RFI may be used by the County for planning purposes. Vendors are advised that the County reserves the right to use any information gathered in response to this RFI to develop future contract solicitations. This RFI does not commit the County to contract for any services whatsoever. This is a request for information ONLY. The County shall not be liable in any way or responsible for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation, submittal, or presentation of any response to this RFI.
