1. Remove and dispose of each existing 16’ chalkboard and associated hardware, leaving the 4’ cork bulletin board in place. There are a total 60 – 16’ chalkboards to remove and dispose of in 60 classrooms. 2. Remove and dispose of each existing 12’ chalkboard and associated hardware, leaving the 4’ cork bulletin board in place. There is a total of 3 – 12’ chalkboards to remove and dispose of in 3 classrooms 3. Perform minor wall repairs as needed. 4. Provide and install associated hardware needed to install 123 marker boards adjacent to the existing cork bulletin boards. 5. Provide 123 new 8’ marker boards per product specifications. 6. Install two new 8’ marker boards to replace each 16’ chalk board and one new 8’ marker board to replace each 12’ chalk board. 7. Clean all construction dust and debris and discard all packaging. 8. Clean, prep, prime and paint any portion of the walls left exposed that were previously covered by chalk boards. For example, the 4’ X 4’ area in 3 classrooms.
