Tasks - Each Day of Service ▪ Clean all common touch areas using EPA listed germicidal cleaners and disinfectants approved for the SARS-COV-2 cleaning procedures. ▪ Vacuum all carpets ▪ Sweep and/or wet mop all chair mats ▪ Empty all trash containers and remove trash ▪ Clean glass in entryway ▪ Dust all horizontal tops, ledges and blinds Tasks – Monthly - last week of the month - or on agreed upon date between Contractor & Agreement Administrator) ▪ Dust and clean all door casings, file cabinets and wall pictures Tasks – As Needed / As requested • Any incidental custodial / janitorial tasks as requested by the Agreement Administrator, Facility Representative or their designee. Tasks – Twice per Year – Third Week of May & December ▪ Take down and Clean all light fixtures ▪ Wash all walls
