It is the intent of Lake County to enter into a contract with a firm to furnish and deliver various supplies for Lake County Jail (LCJ); 1. Inmates entering the facility are issued the following new items: a. 3 - T-shirts b. 3 - Boxer shorts or panties, including sports bra c. 3 - Pairs of socks 2. Inmates are issued the following reused items a. 2 - Unisex shirts b. 2 - Unisex trousers c. 1 – Pair of Sandals d. 1 – Mattress cover, sheet, and wool blanket 3. Inmates are provided one hygiene kit in a 6”x9” heat sealed bag, including a. 1 - Toothbrush-thumb style b. 1 - 5” comb c. 1- Deodorant stick type (.5 oz.) alcohol free d. 1 - Toothpaste (single use packet) e. 1- Shampoo (.34 oz. packet) 4. The following items are dispensed as needed: a. Razor single blade & twin blade b. Deodorant (.5 oz) alcohol free c. Soap unwrapped (.5oz) d. Shampoo (.25oz) e. Toothpaste (.85oz) f. Comb (5”);
