Services to Include: 1. Remove existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing, gutters and all other general rooftop accessories. 2. Verify integrity of existing decks:, both Lightweight Concrete and Metal. 3. Repair and/ or replace existing deck as required for this Roof Replacement project. 4. Install ISO roof insulation as required to meet current state and city energy codes, Minimum of R-30. 5. Install new fully adhered Built-Up Roof (BUR) including all materials, metal edge, flashing, boots, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories as needed. 6. Install all new Parapet, Parapet Caps, Gutters, Scuppers and Downspouts. 7. Replace all Rood Drain Covers. 8. Trim, Cut-Up and Haul Off; all parts of the existing tree, at the building corner, (nearest to the Roof Scuttle), to a point where no limbs or branches are closer to the Building than 8’. 9. Provide a minimum two (2) year Warranty on all installation work. 10. Provide minimum twenty (20) year NDL (No Dollar Limit) Manufacturer’s Warranty on material and workmanship. 11. Total roof area is approximately 7,300 s.f.; to be measured and verified by the bidder.
