1.1 Heavy-duty diesel engine minimum Net output 225 HP, must meet minimum EPA Tier 4 emissions requirements. 1.2 Pre-heater system for cold starting, shall be glow plugs or intake heater system only. Automatically started. 1.3 Exhaust emission and noise level shall comply with all applicable Federal and State of Maine standards. 1.4 Muffler(s) must not restrict operator's vision to rear, to include 90-degree elbow. 1.5 Must have a 1,500 watt, 110-volt engine heater with a spring-loaded receptacle mounted professionally under the left-hand door. 1.6 The unit shall have an auto-idle, auto-shutdown feature for the engine as standard equipment. 2.1 12 -volt heavy-duty direct electrical starting system. 2.2 Batteries: Minimum of two (2) each, maintenance free 12-volt battery having a minimum 950 CCA at zero degrees Fahrenheit. 2.3 The charging system shall be rated at a minimum 120-amps. 2.4 Two seal beam LED headlights Hi/Low 2.5 Four (4) forward working LED lights 2.6 Four (4) rear working LED lights 2.7 The system using 12-volts shall have a terminal strip for 2-way radio, air-craft radio and warning lights.
