Required specifications are as follows: -12’ x 12’ greenhouse -Front and rear auto vents -8mm Twin-Wall Poly-Carbonate roof and side panels -Color: -Brown Stain -Brown Metal Trim -Electrical Package includes -4 waterproof outlets -Fan/chandelier box -x2, 20-amp circuits -Rear auto vent upgraded to rear exhaust fan -x2 overhead LED lights -Double front door -Delivered and fully assembled Contractor will be awarded based on lowest cost that fully meets above specifications. Approximate delivery date should be included in bid submission.
