The Contractor shall: 3.1. Provide services to the locations identified in Arizona State Hospital Current Square Footage Summary and Service Frequency Exhibit One (1) once per quarter including the interior and exterior with the exception of the Kitchens which shall be serviced monthly. Contractor shall divide the campus into manageable areas and treat those distinct areas on a monthly rotation. For example, Civil Hospital in January, Forensic Hospital in February, ACPTC in March, etc. 3.2. Inspect and treat the interior and exterior according to current industry standards as identified in Specifications section 4.1 and ensure that each area identified in Exhibit One (1) are properly treated not less than once per quarter.
