Bidders to provide pricing including labor, equipment, and materials to replace the 4-ton split system in the Village Center library. Price to include: ● Recover the refrigerant and dispose in accordance with EPA regulations. ● Remove the steel grate above the outdoor unit. Provide a crane and rigging if necessary. ● Remove the existing York 4-ton condenser from the pit. ● Provide and install one (1) new 4-ton American Standard condenser in the existing space. ● Connect the new condenser to the existing electrical power supply. ● Remove the existing furnace from the existing attic space. ● Provide and install one (1) new furnace in the existing attic space. ● Connect the new furnace to the existing sheet metal ductwork. Provide new transitions as needed. ● Connect the new furnace to the existing condensate drain line. Provide new pipe and fittings as needed. ● Connect the new furnace to the existing electric power supply. ● Flush the refrigerant line set with Rx-11 flush to prepare for the new refrigerant. ● Connect the new units to the existing refrigerant piping. ● Evacuate the system and perform a pressure test. ● Charge the new unit with new refrigerant as needed. ● Start up and check for proper operation upon completion. ● Remove all old material and clean up the job site.
