Parks Tacoma offers a limited number of designated spaces for mobile food vendors to sell high-quality food and beverages in its parks. The goal is to select a variety of mobile food vendors to operate in these spaces on mutually agreed-upon dates with Parks Tacoma. Mobile food vendors are encouraged to provide a diverse selection of food and beverages, including healthy options and family-friendly items. Mobile Food Vendor Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality and dependable services during the agreed-upon time period. • Be prepared for potential adjustments to hours based on special events, holidays, or weather conditions. These changes will be mutually agreed upon by the Vendor and Parks Tacoma. • Ensure all food truck(s)/carts, equipment, furniture and other items are cleared from the designated space at the end of the day. No items will be allowed to remain stored on-site overnight. • Designated spaces will be assigned for the season.
