Contractor services may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. In coordination with the Trust Manager, explore, research, and apply for Private Sector donations to fund more affordable and supportive housing. 2. Prepare reports for the OCHFT Board on the current status of Private Sector fundraising. Report are to be provided at the OCHFT Board Meetings or as requested by the Chair or any member of the OCHFT Board. 3. Produce collateral to increase Private Sector fundraising opportunities. 4. Coordinate with Trust Manager on Public Grant Applications available to OCHFT. 5. Coordinate with Trust Manager on any leads regarding Private Sector fundraising that may be available to OCHFT. 6. Explore, research, apply and manage OCHFT tax-exempt donations to fund more affordable and supportive housing. 7. Other duties and assignments as requested by the OCHFT Board and/or through the OCHFT Chair to increase Private Sector fundraising and public sector grant awards.
