1. Review, edit, and manage annual OCHFT Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) process. 2. Review and prepare OCHFT loan documents and closings. 3. Coordinate with OCHFT Lobbyist to promote OCHFT goals with state and federal legislative officials and staff. 4. Review, research, and apply for funding from existing and new public and private funding sources and programs, in line with the OCHFT mission. 5. Manage approved funding disbursements and required compliance monitoring of both capital and administrative grants. 6. Coordinate with OCHFT Board to establish and update annual and long-term strategic plans. 7. Prepare and coordinate with County Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Departments for drafting of the OCHFT Board meeting agenda items and presentations. 8. Prepare and coordinate with MOU Departments on all competitive bidding proposals for consultant/professional services and provide recommendations to the OCHFT Board (e.g., financial, auditing, marketing, advocacy, insurance). 9. Locating and reviewing responsive records and responding to record requests under the California Public Records Act. 10. Recommend to the OCHFT Board various policies and procedures for various compliance monitoring for OCHFT funded projects and establish policies and procedures upon direction from the OCHFT Board. 11. Manage and update the Trust website. 12. Coordinate with OCHFT Board and implement OCFHT Board directives regarding public relations and strategic communications. 13. Other duties and assignments as requested by the OCHFT Board and/or through the OCHFT Chair.
