RFP #13-164 - Vernon Street Town Square Spray Ground Upgrades NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals for VERNON STREET TOWN SQUARE SPRAY GROUND UPGRADES will be received by the City of Roseville. Proposals will be accepted ONLY at the office of the City Clerk via electronic mail to cityclerkroseville@roseville.ca.us, until 3:00 p.m., April 15, 2025. Said proposals will be evaluated and results will be made public after completion of the negotiation process with the selected consultant. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. Background: The Vernon Street Town Square’s (VSTS) Spray Ground was constructed in 2013. The VSTS is the“front yard” of the City of Roseville’s Civic Center which includes City administration offices and the City Council Chambers. The VSTS is enjoyed by staff and residents. This public space serves as a venue for special events throughout the year attracting residents and visitors to spend time in our downtown area. The Spray Ground is a highlighted feature of the VSTS. The Spray Ground offers a place for children of all ages from May through October each year.
