All proposals must be made on the basis of and either meet or exceed the requirements contained herein. All offerors must be able to provide: A. Hardware Requirements Active GPS Tracking Unit must be of the latest technology available from the manufacturer of the equipment and must be certified that the equipment be presented to the KCDC is new and is the manufacturer’s latest model. Confirmation of this shall be made in writing to Whitney Quint the Purchasing Managers Office, 1840 Simon Kenton Way Ste. 5100, Covington, Kentucky 41011, prior to the commencement of this contract. Throughout the life of the contract, the Offeror shall provide the KCDC with the latest equipment model. The Offeror shall ensure that all equipment provided to the KCDC have all final testing completed and be ready for release. If the Offeror is not the manufacturer of the equipment to be used in this contract, then, the Offeror shall insure that the equipment is under warranty and enter into a maintenance agreement to include equipment repair with the manufacturer at the Offeror’s expense.
