Heroin (6-AM) 2.2.6. Buprenorphine 2.2.7. Fentanyl 2.2.8. Ketamine 2.2.9. EtG; Alcohol 2.2.10. Synthetic Cannabinoids, such as Spice or K2 2.2.11. Substituted Cathinone, such as Bath Salts 2.2.12. THC Cannabinoids (THC) 2.3. Provide Urine Testing: Ten (10) Panel Drug Screen; 2.3.1. Amphetamines 2.3.2. Barbiturates 2.3.3. Benzodiazepines 2.3.4. Cocaine 2.3.5. Methadone 2.3.6. Opiates 2.3.7.
