Provide a stable, redundant environment for the production of these bills and notices. iii. Reduce the cost of printing and mailing these bills and notices. iv. Provide the capability for the Town to manage the printing and mailing services remotely over a secure Internet connection. v. Select a provider with a proven and stable history performing the services outlined in this bid. vi. Select a provider that best meets the Town’s business and technical requirements. vii. Select a provider that performs the functions described in this bid in a reliable, cost effective and expeditious manner. viii. Select a provider that enables the Town to maintain and modify the print formats at a reasonable cost and pace as the business functions change. ix. Select the provider that enables best practice business processes, eliminating existing manual procedures and processes. x. Enable the Town to further enhance its customer services and to provide timely, accurate and efficient tax and utility bill printing, mailing and bill imaging abilities.
