The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. System #1 (Roof Sections A) a. Attach 16-gauge curved framing system through the existing modified bitumen membrane and Tectum decking to the dome structural framing. b. Attach 2 layers ¼” plywood to the new curved framing system. c. Install self-adhering high temperature metal roofing underlayment to the new plywood dome roof deck. d. Install specified standing seam metal roof panel to the prepared deck. e. Install new gutter, downspouts, flashings and all accessories. f. Provide manufactures 30-year No Dollar Limit roof warranty. g. Provide contractors 5-year labor warranty. h. ALL existing copper metal flashings, gutters, and downspouts to be retained by the Owner and left onsite. 2. System #2 (Wall Section B) a. Remove all existing metal wall panels and flashings to the existing wood framing and CMU wall. b. Repair missing and/or damaged existing wood framing to receive new wall hat channels and wall panels. c. Install self-adhering air vapor barrier to the CMU wall and wood framing. d. Install new hat channels as specified. e. Attach the new wall panels and accessories as specified. f. Provide manufactures 10-year No Dollar Limit warranty. g. Provide contractors 5-year labor warranty. h. ALL existing copper metal flashings, gutters, and downspouts to be retained by the Owner and left onsite...
