A. The Contractor shall provide all administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies, including dumpster(s) for Waste Pickup and Disposal Services for the BHDC. B. The Contractor shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory collection, transporting, and disposal of rubbish and trash from the BHDC. C. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Requirements/Rules/Regulations for Waste Pickup and Disposal Services throughout the entire contract term(s) to include but not be limited to the following: 1. Environmental Protection Act (EPA) 2. Department of Pollution Control and Ecology 3. Department of Transportation (DOT) 4. Arkansas State Highway and Transportation D. The Contractor shall be financially responsible for all fines/fees, loss, damage, and/or destruction of their own property and any equipment and materials used in conjunction with the services provided. E. The Contractor shall respond by phone and/or email to BHDC’s inquiries and/or complaints regarding Waste Pickup and Disposal Services related issues within twenty-four (24) business hours of receipt.
