The Worcester Housing Authority has available space within the rooftop Wellington Apartments, 30 Murray Avenue, Worcester MA 01607. Proposers are responsible to inspect the rooftop area by appointment by contacting Steve Alvarez, Chief Facilities Management Officer via alvarez@worcesterha.org. No equipment of any kind may be attached to the sides of the residential walls of the building. The side walls of the elevator penthouse may be considered. Before a Notice to Proceed is issued the proposer will have prepared a complete structural analysis of the rooftop and will show all equipment locations and weights within the structural report. There are no current cell installations on the rooftop at 30 Murray Avenue, but there are cell installations at the adjacent Murray Avenue Apartments located at 90 Murray Avenue. The proposer may not interfere with any signals being produced or received at the 90 Murray Avenue installation(s). All permits, power, safety and liability requirements are the sole responsibility of the proposer in conjunction with the Lease/License Agreement.
