Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Previously, CSS built a use case to locate respiratory hospitalizations and link those hospitalizations to laboratory reports in the WVHIN. The requested update to the use case will incorporate NEDSS test results in a flat file. Data will be incorporated into the existing respiratory report. O&M costs are allocated by month. O&M will be prorated during the first month of go live through calendar year end 2025 (December 31, 2025). A renewal of the O&M contract is necessary starting January 1, 2026.
