The selected Vendor shall be responsible for the following tasks: 1.2.1. First Aid Kit Services 1.2.1.1. Supply and Installation Supply First Aid Kits that meet or exceed local, state, and national regulations (e.g., OSHA, ANSI). The kits shall include necessary medical supplies for basic first aid. 1.2.1.2. Installation of Kits Proper installation of the kits in accessible locations (e.g., wall-mounted, or placed in designated, visible areas) to ensure immediate availability in case of emergencies. 1.2.1.3. 90-Day Re-Stocking and Re-Fill Service Every 90 days, conduct an inventory check of the First Aid Kit contents. Restock items that have been used, expired, or are nearing expiration, including bandages, gauze, antiseptics, ointments, and other essential medical supplies based on OSHA First Aid Kit Requirements. Ensure all supplies are compliant with health and safety regulations (e.g., ensuring items have not expired, are correctly stored, and are readily accessible). Provide detailed reports after each restocking visit, documenting the replenished supplies, expiry dates, and any recommendations for improvements or replacements. 1.2.2 Wall Mounted Eye Wash Station Services 1.2.2.1. Supply and Installation Provide and install ANSI Z358.1-compliant wall-mounted eye wash stations, ensuring that they meet safety requirements. Proper installation of eye wash stations in accessible and easily visible locations in accordance with local safety regulations.
