Building Description: The shop is to be used for vehicle storage/maintenance with two (2) Offices, one (1) Utility Room and one (1) Restroom. Approximately 100’ (length) x 60’ (width) x 16’ (height). Slab on grade with vinyl plank flooring in specified rooms. Framing is to be wood, walls are to be insulated with metal roof and siding. Three (3) exterior motorized roll-up doors and two (2) exterior insulated metal man doors. Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing: Fully operational restroom with plumbing and exhaust. Radiant floor heating system (electric heaters will be an alternate). Interior/Exterior lighting and electrical outlets. Generator with an adequate power supply for the entire building. One (1) electric vehicle lift. Vehicle exhaust ventilation system. Tie sewer system into the City system (if available) or add a septic system.
