ITD issued RFQ17000752 resulting in CPO172400666, effective 5/11/ 2017 through 5/10/2021. The only quote received was from Mythics Inc. ITD has requested and has been granted extensions for this OTE from May 10, 2021 to date. ITD is requesting to extend this OTE until Luma becomes available to ITD. ITD is currently still not able to use Luma as a complete accounting system and must continue to use our current CGI Advantage system. This Security Software Support is critical to ITD’s Advantage system which will be in use until the transition to LUMA is available. ITD is requesting to extend the exemption to renew for fiscal year 2024, per IDAPA 38.05.01.042.10.a.vi, Ongoing maintenance, upgrades, support or additional licenses for software or other information technology solutions, including a change in the manner of solution delivery; which software or solution was originally acquired in compliance with the purchasing laws in effect at the time of acquisition to renew the contract with Mythics for ongoing licensing and support.
