Task One - Receive Incoming Phone Reports and Enter Data IDFG will provide two (2) toll-free numbers for hunters to call and report their hunting data to a live operator. IDFG will work with the Contractor, who must work with their local phone company, to transfer the toll-free numbers to the Contractor. IDFG will retain these toll-free numbers when the contract expires. The Contractor must operate a call center seven (7) days a week, year around. Hours must be at least 7:00 am to 10:30 pm Mountain Time, excluding Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. The Contractor must provide enough live operators, at any one time, to ensure that customers do not have to wait more than one (1) minute to talk to a live operator. The Contractor must report all hold times outside of one (1) minute to IDFG Project Coordinator immediately. IDFG will notify the contractor in advance of upcoming outreach events which would result in incoming calls exceeding the average number of calls per day so the Contractor can plan accordingly. The Contractor must login and enter the data provided by each hunter into the existing web site. IDFG will manage logins and passwords.
