requesting safe lodging for two (2) Construction Inspectors in two (2) separate rooms, for seven nights per week, from May 11, 2025, through October 17, 2025. The responder’s facility must be located within 10 miles of Grand Marais, MN. Mileage will be calculated using Google Maps. Rooms. The contractor must supply the State with Two (2) Single occupancy rooms. Each room must, at a minimum, include: 1 queen or larger bed 1 Kitchen must include a microwave, refrigerator, sink and stove. 1 full bathroom 1 television Housekeeping will be on a weekly basis to include cleaning, vacuuming and bed linen changing. Laundry: Washing Machine and Dryer available on premises. Not required in each dwelling/apartment. Internet access at no additional cost.
