The Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) requires outdoor patio furniture for their new building. The specifications are based on furniture selections from Loll Designs. If proposing alternative solutions, the Responder should offer a collection of outdoor patio furniture that is cohesive in aesthetic, materials, and finishes for all items offered. Brand names stated herein are intended to establish performance and quality standards only and are not restrictive. Responses will be considered on makes, models, or brands having comparable quality, features and characteristics. All equipment offered in response to the Solicitation must meet the specifications as outlined under Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work of the Solicitation. The Responder’s submission certifies that any offer submitted to participate in the State’s Solicitation process is for outdoor patio furniture that will meet the specifications as outlined.
