Services involve: 1. Collecting and performing in-home and non-site specific blood draws of patients by mobile phlebotomists. 2. This service will include any specific, and pre-delineated post processing of the blood sample obtained by the mobile phlebotomist in accordance with the HBCD SOP. 3. Mobile phlebotomy company will provide UMD lab with (a) female phlebotomist(s) who has good bedside manner, flexible scheduling 7 days a week, 8AM-8PM, with 24 hour notice, flexible travel in the DMV area. 4. Company will also provide their phlebotomists with all the necessary equipment for blood 5. draws and blood processing per the SOP (blood draw equipment, a mobile centrifuge capable of 1,600xg using 20 mL tubes and the appropriate microliter pipettes and tips). UMD lab will provide sample collection kits at the visit. 6. Mobile phlebotomists will dispose of biohazard waste/needles in their own waste containers/sharps containers. 7. Company is to provide adequate General and Professional liability insurance coverage as well as adequate auto insurance coverage. 8. Company must adhere to UMD Terms and Conditions. 9. Contract term is form the issuance of the PO through 6/30/2026.
