The Contractor shall provide sufficient equipment and manpower. There shall be a minimum of five (5) man litter pickup crew to facilitate on-call litter pickup services on MD 4 (from Calvert County line to Prince Georges County line including ramps/interchanges), MD 2 (from Roundabout to Calvert County line), MD 258 (from MD 4 to MD 256), and MD 256 (from MD 468 to MD 2) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop. Work activities include removal of trash, littler, and debris including recap, organic debris, bottles, cans, cardboard, paper, etc. This also includes, but is not limited to, the removal and clearing of debris from inlet grates along the road shoulders and clearing of debris from concrete curbs and sidewalks.
