The Project includes the following Work: • Removals: excavation common, landscaping, clearing and grubbing, existing site amenities, curb and gutter, and existing stairway. • Erosion Control: Erosion mat, silt fence, silt fence maintenance, sediment logs, and inlet protection. • Site Improvements: Concrete sidewalk improvements, colored concrete sidewalk improvements, aggregate base, asphalt patching, curb and gutter, railings, segmental retaining wall, concrete seat wall, prefabricated aluminum stairs, landings and platforms, associated foundations and bracing, picnic tables, benches, fences, site grading, and imported granular fill. • Electrical: • Remove and reinstall light pole to accommodate additional lighting. • Install of two (2) new Post Top Light poles matching existing for site lighting, wire and associated conduit. • Site and Turf Restoration: Site and turf restoration, plantings, general site clean-up and amenities installed. • The Project includes the following Alternates: additional site furnishings, wood rail cap, additional fence, landing replacement, additional clearing, hydroseeding, additional lighting. • Proposed Schedule: Tentatively award the work by April 8,2025. Substantial project completion is desired for seeding by late September 2025.
