The Consultant shall provide professional executive coaching and team facilitation services for various organization executives and leadership teams. Services involving educational instruction enhancements (e.g., student learning, teacher improvement, classroom management) are NOT included in this solicitation. 1GPA recognizes that participating Members have unique requirements. Therefore, the contract resulting from this solicitation is intended to provide flexible solutions to accommodate their diverse needs. The items below list possible Member needs and should not be construed as a complete list of services or areas that may be required under this contract: • Leadership effectiveness, executive presence, and confidence • Strategic thinking, decision-making, and adaptability • Innovation, productivity, and performance management • Conflict resolution, negotiation, and crisis leadership • Inclusive leadership, cultural competence, and equity
