The purpose of this RFO is to select one (1) full-time experienced SharePoint Migration Implementation Lead with experience, knowledge, and expertise in Windows network drives, SharePoint Online, and file shares migration. The Respondent’s proposed personnel will understand the business requirements with respect to how the network file shares are used for day-to-day business operations and develop a migration plan that meets the business needs. The Respondent’s proposed personnel will provide guidance and effective recommendations around operational elements to ensure a successful migration of the business files onto SharePoint Online to work within the Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Operations Division of the Technology Services Branch. The services required are more fully described in Attachment V, Statement of Work, included in this document.
