Age Well Senior Services, Inc. is requesting proposals to prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings to appropriate exterior and interior dining room surfaces at the Florence Sylvester Senior Center to obtain energy efficiency and heat reduction inside the center. Exterior surface is approximately 6,272 sq ft; interior surface is approximately 2,640 sq ft. Minor repair of internal walls and external stucco may be necessary. Proposals shall include a recommendation for materials based on cost, durability, and effectiveness of heat-reducing materials. Work must be scheduled to minimize the disruption of programs at the center. Work shall be completed, and Age Well shall be invoiced, not later than June 20, 2025.
