2.1. Project Strategy and Kickoff Meeting The Contractor must meet with City staff in a virtual project kickoff meeting to finalize the details of the project, deliverables, timetables, and tasks, discuss methodologies and best practices, identify needed information (i.e., reports, project/needs lists, stakeholder groups, data, etc.), prepare the final schedule, discuss the public process, and resolve other concerns, as appropriate. 2.2. Review of Existing Regulations The Contractor must review existing land use regulations and related materials to identify errors, redundancies, outdated information, or lack of necessary information. The Contractor must review the following materials at a minimum: • Subdivision Regulations • Site Plan Regulations • Zoning Ordinance • Applicable State Statutes Deliverable: The Contractor must provide the Department with a summary of its findings to include recommended changes to the Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations. 2.3. Draft of Revised Regulations The Contractor must revise the Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations. These revised documents must include but are not limited to the following: 2.3.1. Edit Existing Information Information existing within the current documents that is accurate and in compliance with State laws, City ordinances, and best practices must be carried over into the revised documents. These areas must be edited to ensure they are in plain language and easy to understand. The Contractor must incorporate this edited information in the appropriate locations within the new formatting of the revised documents.
