Washington County Library System is seeking bids for a hosted integrated library automation system. o Multi-tenant cloud hosting environment. o Host takes on maintenance, upgrades, backups and system/environment & security updates. o Host provides additional cloud hosting for training environment/testing within multi-tenant environment. o Provides Terminal Services, PAC services, reporting services, Screwdriver services, acquisitions, patron management, and Marc cataloging, exporting and importing capabilities, ILL capability. o At least 78+ staff user and/or integration licenses and maintenance. o Support for on-premises RFID circulation. o Self-check capability with maintenance and integration with automatic materials sorter. o Core maintenance. o Community profiles, outreach services, and a Spanish language option with maintenance. o Licenses and contract good for 3-5 years. o Detailed reporting and analytics. o Integration with other library resources such as databases and downloadable materials o Mobile access. o Customization. o Laptop capability. o Hosted patron notification formats such as email, text, and telephone calling. o There are currently 8 libraries using our system. The area is quickly growing though and we could be adding some in the next couple of years. o Requires Codabar barcode use. o Implementation time within 6 months. o Self-Registration
