The contents to be moved may include workstations, classroom desks, chairs, equipment, supplies, boxes, cabinetry, bookcases, shelving units, and miscellaneous furniture. The contents of Lincoln Prairie School are to be moved, trailered and stored offsite in a secured area at the mover’s location. Mobile trailers will be provided by the Moving Contractor and are to be sealed, weathertight and securely locked for the duration of the temporary storage. The estimated number of months for temporary storage of the trailers is two, approximated as the months of June and July with move back to be early August. Lakeview Elementary School will have a gymnasium available where the contents of the scope area are to be stored. The area included in this school’s scope is the entire second floor. Furniture items that will not be included in the move will be either removed in advance or clearly labeled to be left behind to be moved by others, which could be a small percentage of personal items or things returning to the District Warehouse.
