Fireworks Design Services: The Contractor will design and implement a Fourth of July fireworks display at Riverfront Park on July 4, 2025 at 10pm and a New Year's Eve fireworks display at Riverfront Park on December 31, 2025 at 9pm. 1. Please provide an overview of the design concept to include launch locations, design elements and approximate length of show (minutes) of the proposed fireworks display. In the past the 4th of July display was in Havermale Point only and the New Year’s Eve display was in both Clock Tower and Havermale Point. Bidder will have the option to propose the display in one or both sites. 2. Please include the shell sizes, quantity of each and other pyrotechnic materials to be utilized. Fireworks Procurement: The Contractor will provide all pyrotechnic materials and safety equipment, design and choreography. Fireworks Labor & Permitting: The Contractor will be responsible for the furnishing of all labor, supervision, materials, tools, transportation, city permitting, and other items of work and costs necessary for the proper performance and completion of the New Year's Eve Fireworks display.
