A. Contractor shall conduct a thorough, comprehensive, and legal investigation into the background of all applicants for positions within the DSH Office of Protective Services (OPS) in accordance with current DSH policy. The investigation shall be conducted with due consideration for the rights of the candidate and in compliance with the governing law and rules. B. Contractor shall supply all personnel, labor, tools, travel, supplies, materials, insurance, incidentals, and a properly equipped service vehicle necessary to provide background investigations and reports to Department of State Hospitals. C. All work shall be coordinated and approved by the DSH-OPS Chief of Law Enforcement or Designee. Communication shall only take place, between the Contractor and the DSH Contract Manager or Designee.
