Main Building #120: 15055 S. Golden Road, Golden, CO 80401 a. Daily Tasks i. Empty all trash in hallways, open offices, classrooms, restrooms and outside entrances ii. Clean, mop, and stock all restrooms, showers, and dispensers in hallways. This includes walls and ceilings. 1. Sixteen (16) restrooms in total. 2. Ensure dispensers are in working condition and spraying. iii. Disinfect and clean drinking fountains iv. Sweep and mop all hallways and tile flooring in all classrooms. 1. Use tennis ball on stick to remove any scuffs. v. Disinfect and clean all tables in all classrooms. b. Weekly Tasks i. Sweep and mop gymnasium. ii. Sweep and mop Gym Mat Room. iii. Vacuum all classrooms, open offices, entry way floor mats, dorm rooms, and hallways. 1. This includes all corners, stairs, wall edges, and moving of furniture that is movable. c. Monday and Wednesday Tasks i. Polish all hallways and entrances. 1. This includes all corners, stairs, wall edges, and moving of furniture that is movable. d. Monthly Tasks i. Clean glass in the front of vestibule and main hallway. ii. Change out urinal mats e. Every Third Month i. Interior and exterior cleaning of all windows 1. This includes screens ii. Cleaning of all light fixture covers iii. Foam cleaning of all restrooms
