2.1 The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment must be prepared in accordance with the recommended format of ASTM E 1527-05 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process for conducting an environmental site assessment of a parcel of real estate. 2.2 The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment will follow the standard report format as required by ASTM. 2.3 The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment must contain the required User Provided Information Session. 2.4 The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment must include the required vapor encroachment screen. 2.5 As requested, an evaluation of asbestos-containing materials, lead based paint, radon, flood zone, wetlands, coastal barrier review, historic properties, threatened and endangered species, sole source aquifer, noise, nuisances and hazards and environmental justice issues. 2.6 If needed, a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment must be completed in accordance with the requirements of ASTM E 1903-11, “Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process.”
