GBT’s fixed-route fleet is presently equipped with OnRoute (formerly TransitMaster), provided by Vontas. The onboard system provided by Vontas includes APCs, which are deployed across 100% of GBT’s fleet. However, the current APC system is not certified for use in National Transit Database (NTD) reporting. Additionally, GBT lacks the necessary tools for efficient data querying, reporting, and mapping. This project will encompass the following tasks: • Task 1: Deliver NTD APC Certification by June 31, 2025. • Task 2: Deliver a suite of reporting and analytical tools for planning and public information purposes. • Task 3: Deliver the ability for data sharing with third parties such as the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT). • Task 4: Deliver diagnostic tools to monitor and maintain APC hardware, software, and systems.
