1. PACP Defined Data Deliverable Using the PACP version 7.0.7 schema to deliver conditions and inspections. Each video file should also reference in meta data the asset unique ID. Expected table names and schema delivered should be PACP version 7.0.7 in an Access Data Base. o At the time of contract initiation, the Contractor’s data schema shall be sent and verified before the Notice to Proceed, to ensure data hand off. 2. Video o Contractor will deliver video files named consistently with the PACP database. o Contractor will deliver video files on one or more external USB or hard drives The drives shall have: • USB type C physical connector • Support USB 3.1 gen 1 or greater • Support UASP Submission of the proposed drive model should occur before purchase, data loading, and delivery o Contractor will record video with at least 720 lines of resolution and shall have a source of illumination attached o Contractor will deliver Optimal - H.265 video in an MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4) container Less Optimal - H.264 video in an MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4) container o Contractor will deliver an electronic record set by means other than the external hard disks carrying the video files. Each record shall be the video filename and a SHA512 hash of the entire file 3. Contractor shall provide a schedule for delivery of items in 1 and 2.
